Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exchange Eligibility
we provide exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following issues:
- Size concerns
- Fitting issues
- Product damage or defects
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- A full unboxing video is required as proof, starting before opening the package.
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) must be provided.
